Return Policy on Products:
- If you want to exchange any goods you have purchased (i.e., for incorrect sizing), the goods must be returned in their original condition, which includes the original packaging / box.
- All goods will be inspected on return to ensure that they are still in a saleable condition. If not, we will contact you and explain why we are not granting a replacement product.
- You must first complete our RETURNS FORM below, prior to returning any item! Please state which replacement size you want in exchange.
- Once you receive a Returns Authorisation Number (we will email you or call you with it), ONLY THEN can you arrange for return. Our courier will contact you to arrange for collection.
- You cannot return a product directly to My Procure Zone. All returns need to be via our courier company.
- We will pay the cost of the courier for both collection and re-delivery.
Return of safety footwear or other products due to factory fault:
- If you feel that your boots or shoes have failed, and are still less than six months old, you are welcome to attach a photo of the fault to the returns request.
- If we cannot determine from the photo whether it is an obvious factory fault, then we will ask you to return the product.
- Please make sure that you complete the returns form prior to returning an item!

- You cannot return a product to directly to The Procure Zone. All returns need to be via our courier company.
- Upon receipt of the returned goods and their inspection, if we feel it is a factory fault, we will refund you accordingly, or send you a replacement product, whichever you prefer.
- If we feel that the product has been mistreated, we will contact you and explain why we are not granting a refund.
- We will pay the cost of the courier for collection, and re-delivery if requested.
